Concierge​/Receptionist, PT

The Position

Meadowood is seeking a Part-time Community Service Associate to create a positive first impression when interacting with co-workers, guests, and residents. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, to operate the phone system and front desk operations. Responsibilities also include copying files, room booking requests, managing resident forms, and supporting the community.

• Live out the Meadowood Mission by providing the highest quality of life for all who experience the Meadowood Community.
• Greet all families, residents, guests, and vendors with a warm smile.
• Support Management with administrative tasks.
• Perform all duties with a positive attitude.
• Sort and organize mail and packages.
• Coordinate Front Desk activities.
• Respond to Emergency situations by contacting appropriate parties.
• Respond to resident and staff needs with empathy.

$15.45-$20.02 an hour.

2 weeknights per week from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday required.
