Concierge

Concierge (5pm-8pm)
Location: Lansdale, PA, 19446

We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and detail-oriented Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills to every interaction.

• Greet residents, families, team members, and visitors in a professional, warm, and inviting manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that supports a positive community experience.
• Deliver package to resident apartments.
• Professionally answer and direct phone calls.
• Manage front desk operations, guest sign-ins, and security measures.
• Assist with community communications through e-mail
• Build positive, ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members while upholding ethics and integrity.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service or reception preferred, ideally in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar setting.
• Professional, patient, and pleasant demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office, typing, printing, multi-line phone systems, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to move comfortably and safely, which can include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, etc.
