• Experience in infant or toddler classroom settings.
• Passion for nurturing early development through care and connection.
• Strong communication skills with families and team members.
• Ability to collaborate in a team‑teaching environment.
• Experience with lesson planning and positive classroom management preferred.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
