This role supports the academic, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being of students in the St. Ignatius of Loyola Achievement Program.
Responsibilities- Support holistic student development: foster academic, spiritual, social, and emotional growth.
- Strengthen student confidence and self‑advocacy: promote resilience and student ownership of learning.
- Enhance access and equity in learning: ensure consistent, coordinated, and mission‑aligned support.
- Build a supportive and inclusive school culture: cultivate belonging and value for all students.
- Promote spiritual formation and purpose: encourage growth in spiritual identity and personal meaning.
- Improve student well‑being and mental health resilience: strengthen coping skills and emotional stability.
- Increase coordination among support services: align academic, emotional, and spiritual supports for a seamless student experience, including supervision of the testing center.
- Master’s degree in Education, School Counseling, Special Education, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with students with learning differences, including expertise in executive functioning and accommodation strategies.
- Strong understanding of social‑emotional learning frameworks and Catholic/faith‑based spiritual formation.
- Demonstrated leadership and program‑coordination experience, including supervising staff or managing multi‑faced educational programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and data‑analysis skills to ensure program accountability and impact.
This position is a full‑time, 10‑month position.
