Overview

The Archdiocese of Philadelphia, Office of Catholic Education, seeks a dynamic, innovative, results‑driven leader for the Assistant Principal for Student Affairs role at Lansdale Catholic High School. The position welcomes an energetic, visionary leader committed to Catholic education, who possesses strong leadership skills and positive experience leading a high‑performing school.

Responsibilities

The candidate will motivate and evaluate teachers, use data to drive continuous school improvement, and maintain a climate conducive to learning where the dignity of the human person is first and foremost. Responsibilities include teacher evaluation and mentoring; coordinating all student activities and clubs; assisting with student‑focused school events; preparing schedules including the academic calendar, house system events, competitions, and bell schedules;

and moderating the Parent Association. Creative, 21st‑century leadership skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in educational administration.
  • Pennsylvania Principal Certification and administrative or supervisory experience are desired where applicable.
  • Applicants must be practicing Catholics verified by the pastor of the parish in which they are registered.
  • Position is a 10‑month assignment.
