• Proctor assessments according to established school procedures.
• Provide a quiet, organized, and distraction-free testing environment.
• Review testing instructions and procedures before each assessment.
• Monitor students throughout testing to maintain test security and academic integrity.
• Follow all procedures related to test confidentiality and secure handling of assessment materials.
• Provide accommodations such as extended time, small-group testing, breaks, use of approved technology, or having directions read aloud when required.
• Collect, organize, and return completed assessments and testing materials according to school procedures.
• Communicate with teachers and Director of Academic Support regarding testing schedules, student completion, and any testing concerns.
• Maintain student privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with high school students preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow detailed testing procedures consistently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple testing sessions.

Part-time (25 hours a week) 9:00am-2:00pm

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification will be required before employment can begin.
