Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Lansdale, PA
. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Part‑time positions for licensed therapists, LSW, licensed social workers.

• Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 administrative hours
• Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends
• Work Model: Hybrid (on‑site clinical hours with virtual administrative work)

Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually

Base Salary: $40,000 for a part‑time schedule (20 hours/week)

• Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling
• 17 clinical hours onsite at a Blackbird Health Clinic + 3 administrative hours per week
• Administrative hours can be completed remotely

Additional Earnings: Earn $65 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload

• Experienced clinician with a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence‑based practices
• Skilled in facilitating both in‑person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)
