• Title: Occupational Therapist
• Location/work environment: In facility
• Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
• Help patients get well by assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering occupational therapy.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to support patient care.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

USD $50.00 – $60.00 /hr.
