Information Technology Support Specialist

Our client, a leader in biotechnology, is hiring an IT Specialist to join their team in Lansdale, PA!

This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits

As an IT Specialist
, you will provide professional-level technical support for computer and data center operations, supporting server and non-desktop hardware, maintaining system security, and ensuring reliable performance across centralized computing environments.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop hardware, software, and systems in a data center or centralized network environment
• Maintain access control
  , data integrity
  , and file system security
• Monitor, track, and document system performance and utilization metrics
• Recommend hardware, software, and process improvements to increase efficiency
• Support IT and infrastructure projects as needed

• Strong computing experience with the ability to adapt quickly to change
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
• Experience supporting Laboratory environments
• Experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Life science industries
• Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus
