Shipping​/Receiving Specialist - Level 2- Day Shift

Position Overview

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of materials and products in and out of our facility, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On‑site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting cross‑functional teams to meet customer and business needs.

Honeywell Connected Aerospace (HCA) has subscription‑based offerings serving the aviation industry. • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of materials and products.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements in all shipping and receiving activities.

• At least three (3) years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and ERP software to track shipments and inventory.
• Ability to manage compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to shipping and receiving.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Familiarity with integrated supply chain processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and safety regulations in shipping and receiving.
