This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Lansdale, PA. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform daily responsibilities including preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, as well as general maintenance and repair tasks. You will ensure the upkeep, safety, and functional operation of the assigned facilities. The role requires maintaining equipment, diagnosing and solving mechanical issues, and addressing maintenance requests to enhance resident satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including both routine and emergency needs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with safety codes and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous
