We are searching for a dynamic Home Services Manager for our Audubon, PA location. We are seeking an elite star, someone who is goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and has demonstrated leadership and people development skills. The Home Service Manager will start the position by managing 15+ employees and be responsible for coordinating home services and repairs depending on what the customer needs.

We welcome candidates with leadership experience in:
  • Residential HVAC Service or Install Management
  • Residential Plumbing or Electric Management
  • Underground Sewer/Water or Drain Management
  • Field Supervisor / Service Supervisor roles ready to step into a larger management position

If you have led technicians, managed KPIs, run ride‑along, coached revenue performance, or owned a P&L within home services… we want to speak with you.

About the Requirements / Skills
  • 10+ Years within the Residential Home Services Industry
  • Do not apply without experience in managing a team of technicians in a Home Services Company.
  • Do not apply if you only have commercial experience.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Home Services management role within the industry.
  • Technical School diploma or certificate of completion preferred but not needed.
  • Associates Degree preferred but not needed.
  • Technical skills in one or more trades within home services.
  • Customer/Client interfacing ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements.
  • Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
About the Responsibilities
  • Directly manage Home Service Technicians and Dispatch staff members – including interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
  • Plan, assign, and direct work;
  • Appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Stay abreast of industry technological developments and convey this knowledge to team members.
  • Coordinate team member activities to ensure individual and team goals are consistently achieved; ensure team members are working up to the highest standards in all aspects of their positions;
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to review company policy and procedures, performance, quality and safety statistics.
  • Interface effectively with other departments.
  • Ensure employees provide superior customer service; conduct ride‑along with Home Service Technicians.
  • Provide customer service support as necessary; respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve excessive consumption problems.
  • Promote and support the Company brand.
