Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar CAM software
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models
- Select tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining
- Perform setup support and troubleshoot machining issues
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Strong knowledge of G-code, machining processes, and tooling
- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis mills and/or CNC lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and CAD models
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Experience with HAAS, Mazak, Okuma, or similar machines
- Background in aerospace, medical, automotive, or precision manufacturing
