Site Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor / Lead with a strong background in heavy fabrication and industrial machinery. This role will oversee the production of material handling equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, results‑driven, and skilled in managing shop floor operations while driving efficiency, quality, and cost control.

• Supervise daily fabrication operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Lead a team in the manufacturing of heavy‑duty material handling equipment
• Track and analyze KPIs, production metrics, cost, and waste reduction initiatives
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication processes
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment

• Proven experience in heavy fabrication and/or industrial machinery manufacturing
• Strong leadership experience in a production or shop environment
• Demonstrated ability to track and improve metrics, KPIs, cost, and waste
• Knowledge of welding, cutting, forming, and assembly processes
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field)
