Assembler - Level 3

Assembler Level 3 – Honeywell

As an Assembler Level 3, you will assemble complex components and systems with precision and efficiency to support manufacturing operations and ensure product quality.

You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and work at our Lansdale, PA location on an on‑site schedule.

• Perform assembly of complex components and systems according to instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.

• Proven experience in assembly roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and knowledge of assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately.
• Experience with quality control processes and adherence to safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing assembly experience, preferably in electronics.
• Familiarity with electronic components and soldering techniques is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a team orientation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
