Site Supervisor

About the Role

This position oversees the production of material handling equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control across shop floor operations.

• Supervise daily fabrication operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Lead a team in the manufacturing of heavy-duty material handling equipment
• Track and analyze KPIs, production metrics, costs, and waste reduction initiatives
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication processes
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment

• Proven experience in heavy fabrication and/or industrial machinery manufacturing
• Strong leadership experience in a production or shop environment
• Demonstrated ability to track and improve metrics, KPIs, cost, and waste
• Knowledge of welding, cutting, forming, and assembly processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• 10% performance-based bonus
• Stable full-time schedule with first-shift hours (no weekends required)
