Job Summary
As an Assembler III‑Semi Rigid at Honeywell, you will assemble complex components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring high quality standards support our manufacturing operations.
Report directly to the Production Supervisor and work at our Lansdale, PA location on an on‑site schedule.
In this role, you will impact overall production quality and efficiency by applying advanced assembly skills to meet production targets and maintain product integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery.
- Assemble parts using solder, fasteners and adhesives in the build‑up of electronic assemblies.
- Verify results to ensure conformance with requirements and perform rework as needed.
- Perform mechanical assembly operations in the build of electronic assemblies using standard measuring tools and techniques.
- Perform electronic assembly operations such as wire termination and installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components.
- Bond and hone (sanding, polishing and grit blasting) parts in preparation for installing and finishing assembly. Clean parts and electronic assemblies per Work Instructions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- 2‑4 years’ experience working as an assembler
- 2 years’ soldering experience (JStandard)
- Able to interpret and understand instructions on process sheets, prints or route cards and technical drawings (e.g., ECOs, parts lists and PRNs)
- Knowledgeable in the use of machine shop equipment such as drill press, lathes and Bridgeport machines
- Ability to use hand tools (cutter, pliers, forming tools, screwdrivers, etc.)
- Ability to use measurement tools such as scales, micrometers and calipers
- Ability to identify, form and mount components
- Ability to use microscope for an extended period of time during shift
- Ability to prep, crimp and set‑up tools for conductors
- US Citizenship – Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Assembly experience in a defense contractor, aerospace or military environment with an emphasis on antenna products preferable
- Soldering experience should be current; current JCERT preferable
- Ability to produce fixturing if necessary for prototype and pre‑production applications
- Must achieve specified solder certification in various assembly/soldering techniques per Company and customer standards and perform basic hand soldering tasks
