As a Demand Planning Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing SIOP & demand planning strategies to ensure precise forecasting and optimal demand management. Leading a dynamic team, your role involves fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, guiding the team in all aspects of SIOP & demand planning activities. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will leverage data, market trends, and customer insights to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.

Your analytical expertise will play a pivotal role in monitoring and adjusting demand patterns, ensuring agile responses to customer demands and the optimization of inventory levels. Identifying and implementing process improvements is a key aspect of the role, aimed at enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless alignment between demand plans, supply chain operations, and financial forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective SIOP meetings, develop actionable plans, and monitor progress against targets. Champion continuous improvement within the SIOP process to optimize inventory, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
• Execute a clear vision for the demand planning function and inspire the team to achieve and exceed forecast accuracy goals
• Manage a team of demand planners, providing leadership, guidance, and support in all aspects of demand planning activities
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer insights, actively contributing to the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy
