RTM Assembler

Lansdale, PA
We are looking for an experienced RTM Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling composite parts using Resin Transfer Molding
processes.

• Prepare molds and materials for RTM production
• Position fiberglass and other materials in molds
• Inject resin and monitor curing cycles
• Assemble composite components using drawings and work instructions
• Inspect parts for quality and defects
• Perform sanding, grinding, deburring, and repair work as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Complete routine quality checks and production records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of RTM/composite manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of experience using RTM equipment
• Experience repairing composite parts and grinding various shapes
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-tool experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
