Production Associate - PA Facility

Production Associate - $24.00/hour We’re hiring a Production Associate to help build and finish custom products, including wall pads. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in accurate work, pays attention to quality, and enjoys working with a production team. Depending on training and assignment, you may prepare materials, assemble components, fill covers with foam, or finish wall pads.

• Prepare and assemble materials using processes such as gluing, trimming, basic cutting, and drilling.
• Fill covers with foam and align, secure, and finish wall pad covers.
• Read work orders, drawings, cut sheets, and instructions; verify measurements, materials, colors, and other product details.
• Inspect finished work for fit, alignment, appearance, and accuracy.
• Report defects, missing materials, or discrepancies.
• Move, organize, and stage materials and completed products to keep production moving.
• Keep your work area clean and follow safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Help with other production assignments as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in construction, manual labor, production, or another hands‑on environment that demonstrates accurate work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and learn new production tasks.
• Attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to spot quality issues, communicate them promptly, and keep tools and materials organized.
• Helpful experience:
  Six months or more in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, upholstery, product finishing, or material handling.
• Experience with foam, vinyl, fabric, wood, mats, wall pads, measuring tools, hand tools, power tools, drawings, or cut sheets is a plus.

This role involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, gripping, and handling materials for extended periods. You’ll frequently lift, push, or pull 20-30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You’ll use assigned hand tools, power tools, production equipment, and required PPE.
