Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Wound Care – Permanent Staff – ongoing position in Lansdale, PA.

• See clients from hospital discharge through long‑term home care, ensuring safe, comfortable, independent, and dignified life.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight.
• Perform client assessments, provide education to patients and families, and monitor patients' conditions.

• Active, current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) certification required.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred (but not required).
• Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with excellent assessment, communication, and listening skills.
