Now Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for Evenings!
Available Schedules:
- Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11 pm (full-time)
- Weekends, 3 pm-11 pm (part-time)

- Make daily compliance rounds on units to observe, examine, or interview residents, verify information from the ongoing shift, monitor regulatory compliance, and determine staff assignments.
- Monitor delivery of care and services to ensure needs are met, tasks are completed, and that the work of direct care staff is of acceptable quality and quantity.
- Demonstrate competency in clinical skills needed for the facility resident population.
- Must have a working knowledge of laws and regulations that influence the provision of care and services in nursing facilities.
- Provide direct care
- Assume responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to residents.
- Administer treatments and medications.
- Supervise direct care.
- Ensure that "Flow of Care" is followed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the DON and ADON.
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home
- Experience in a supervisory role
- CPR Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
