Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN is responsible for providing high-quality, direct pediatric primary care and supporting healthcare providers through clinical responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires proficiency in routine clinical procedures, strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient center‑centered approach in a fast‑paced medium‑sized outpatient primary care pediatric practice.

Licensed Practical Nurse Essential Responsibilities- Provides general nursing care to pediatric patients
- Obtain and record patient medical histories and vital signs
- Prepare pediatric patients for examination and assist during exams and procedures
- Perform point‑of‑care testing, specimen collection, and lab preparation
- Administer immunizations to patients of all ages in accordance to the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations
- Respond to incoming patient treatment‑related phone calls and schedule patients appropriately
- Prepare, disinfect, and maintain examination and treatment rooms
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and regulations to give and evaluate patient care
- Solid understanding of immunization practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficient in a variety of administrative tasks including documentation and records management
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership when needed
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems (eCW)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic fast‑paced environment

- Salary $25-28 per hour depending on experience
