The position seeks a Nursing Assistant for our Personal Care Department. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct care for residents utilizing physical, psychological, and social techniques under the supervision of a charge nurse.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Direct Care certification before start date required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Rate: $18.02-$21.63 an hour; plus a $2.00 shift differential for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Hours:

3:00pm to 11:30pm during the week. Emergency/On‑call weekend and holiday required.

Sign on bonus: $3,000.
