Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in our skilled nursing facility, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer POOL/Per Diem shifts of 8 hours and 12 hours so you can schedule what works best for you.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
