Director of Resident Services
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of Resident Services to lead and enhance the quality of life for residents in our Continuing Care Retirement Community’s Independent Living program. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily experiences while fostering a warm, welcoming community environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all resident services, ensuring theymeet the needs and preferences of residents in the Independent Living community.
- Develop and implement programs and activities that promote social engagement, wellness, and overall well-being.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with staff and management to ensure compliance with community policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and supervise resident services staff, fosteringa positive and professional team environment.
- Manage budgets related to resident services, including planning and resource allocation.
- Continuously assess and improve service delivery to enhance resident satisfaction and community reputation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare, gerontology, ora related field;
- Proven experience in senior living, retirement communities, orrelated healthcare services, with a focus on independent living.
- Compliance Officer training in preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with acompassionate approach to resident care.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in senior living services.
- Ability to develop innovative programs that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This Position is an exempt position, with an excellent benefit package after 60 days which includes:
