Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. This is an opportunity to provide quality nursing care in a supportive skilled nursing environment while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate clinical staff

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Assist with assessments and ongoing resident care

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control standards

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and comfort

• Current and active LPN license in the state of employment

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
