We’re looking for a Customer Retention & Sales Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and enjoys turning meaningful conversations into real solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage & Build Trust: Connect with customers to understand their needs, earn their confidence, and deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Drive Sales Conversations: Identify coverage gaps, recommend insurance solutions (Auto, Life, Home, Renters, etc.), and confidently guide clients through quotes and applications.
  • Follow Up & Close Business: Work warm leads, initiate outbound follow-up, and convert opportunities into policies that protect what matters most.
  • Support the Client Journey: Assist with service needs including billing questions, policy changes, , and claims follow-up—while staying alert to additional sales opportunities.
  • Stay Organized & Accurate: Maintain detailed client records, track outreach, and ensure all interactions are properly documented.
What We’re Looking For
  • A sales-minded attitude with the motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex coverage
  • Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service preferred (but not required)
  • Willingness to obtain insurance licensing full support provided
