This is a sales-first role. Your primary responsibility is generating revenue—cross-selling, upselling, conducting coverage reviews, and actively working leads. You will also manage service tasks as needed, ensuring clients receive timely, professional support. The ability to pivot seamlessly from servicing a policy change into identifying and closing an additional coverage need is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business production through outbound follow-up, cross-sell campaigns, and inbound opportunities
- Conduct coverage reviews designed to uncover gaps and close additional lines
- Quote and close auto, fire, and life policies using a confident, needs-based sales approach
- Follow up aggressively on unsold quotes and renewal opportunities
- Handle policy endorsements, billing questions, and claims support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation within State Farm systems
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record of closing business
- Strong understanding of State Farm underwriting and product positioning
- Confidence asking for the sale and overcoming objections
- Ability to balance production with high-level service
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
