• Make daily warm sales calls from the large membership database
• Engage members walking into branches to discuss AAA Life Insurance products
• Identify the financial needs of members and translate the importance and benefits of life‑insurance products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Computer experience and good organizational skills
• Self‑motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High school diploma required; college degree a plus
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
