. The company specializes in fiberglass and spray foam insulation and has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Install fiberglass batt insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other building cavities
  • Install blown-in fiberglass insulation using insulation blowing equipment as required
  • Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation to ensure proper coverage and minimize gaps, voids, and compression
  • Read work orders, plans, and job specifications to determine insulation requirements
  • Load, unload, stage, and safely handle insulation materials and equipment
  • Safely operate insulation equipment, hand tools, utility knives, ladders, scaffolding, and other construction equipment
  • Work effectively with crew leaders, supervisors, general contractors, installers, and other trades
  • Identify and communicate job-site conditions or issues that could affect quality or completion
  • Maintain company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism
  • Drive company vehicles, ranging from pickup trucks to mid-sized box trucks, throughout the Tri-State Area
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of fiberglass insulation experience OR relevant construction experience
  • Experience with fiberglass batt and/or blown-in insulation preferred
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift approximately 50–75 lbs. as needed
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics, crawlspaces, basements, confined spaces, and difficult-to-access areas
  • Reliable transportation and ability to report to designated job sites or company locations
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
