Position: Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver - Welcoming New CDL Graduates
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL regional drivers, including new CDL graduates, to operate on an Eastern Seaboard regional lane. This position offers structured training, predictable routes, and competitive compensation for drivers beginning their careers.

Compensation & benefits $1,200–$1,400 per week (dependent on miles and stops)
Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience) plus $15 per stop Safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident-free performance and fuel-efficiency targets

Trainee pay: $650+ per week for drivers with under 6 months’ experience (4–6 weeks)
Paid orientation (one day at the nearest hub): $300

Freight: 100% no-touch dry van Geography:
Eastern Seaboard regional lane Training: 4–6 weeks with a trainer for drivers with under 6 months’ experience

Schedule:

Regional trips with bi-weekly home time (typical cycle: out ~12 days, home ~2 days)
Average miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week

Must be available for day or night driving as required by dispatch

Minimum requirements

Age 21 or older

Valid Class A CDLGraduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction

Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens

Reasonable driving record with no recent major violations or suspensions

Employment history consistent with safety and reliability expectations

Selection considerations

Candidates will be evaluated on driving history, background screening, and employment verification in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

Prior terminations or safety-related issues may affect eligibility; applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
