Receiving Clerk Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Accurately log, scan, and enter receipts into the system, ensuring all documents are processed and filed.
- Inspect incoming freight for damage, shortages, or overages and report any issues.
- Coordinate with carriers, dock staff, and inventory teams for timely, safe unloading.
- Follow DSV work instructions, OSHA, and MSDS standards while keeping the warehouse clean and secure.
- Verify incoming products are correctly counted, labeled, and stored.
Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (e.g., RF guns, WMS). Ability to work in a team‑oriented warehouse environment. High attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
