• Partner with the General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics
• Review sales and scheduling to meet Quality, Service, & Cleanliness (QSC) goals
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs
• Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders
• Evaluate and implement cost controls
• Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments
• Create and monitor schedules and manage new team members onboarding
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1‑2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Effective communication with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Strong motivation, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills
• Availability to work all shifts, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays
