We're looking for a committed individual to join our service center management team. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, managing the daily operation of the retail location to ensure an excellent experience for our customers, supervising and training team members, ensuring operational efficiency, tracking goals, reviewing trends, and resolving guest concerns. Strong leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment are key.

Previous experience in retail, customer service or a related field is a plus.
