About the Role:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Twin Oaks Health & Rehab, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to design and implement individualized therapy plans that focus on improving our residents' daily living skills, cognitive function, and overall quality of life. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our residents regain independence, build confidence, and maintain their physical and mental health.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Design and lead occupational therapy sessions to address specific needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress
