Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with contract documents, change orders, and project accounting related tasks Prepare and review project setup modification forms to ensure compliance with policies and revenue recognition standards Train Project Accounting Assistants on billing terms and functions, and prepare final invoice packages for approval
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years in project cost accounting Experience in the Architecture/Engineering consulting industry is highly desired Proven experience managing medium to large scale projects with changing scope and timelines Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
Experience with Prevailing Wage regulations is a plus
