We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations. The Accounting Specialist will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, data entry, and other accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Process and enter accounts payable invoices and payment transactions.
• Generate invoices and support accounts receivable collections activities.
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Review transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with financial reporting.
• Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement audits, as needed.
• Assist with data management, filing, and record retention procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and resolve accounting issues.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
