Accounting Clerk

What You’ll Do

• Support daily bank, general ledger, and fund transfer activities
• Process reimbursement and remittance requests
• Track wire transfers, ACH transactions, and electronic payments
• Monitor daily cash positions and funding activity
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Research and resolve discrepancies and stale items
• Prepare and reconcile month-end reports
• Assist with year-end reporting, audits, and special projects
• Partner with internal teams to resolve accounting differences
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related accounting experience
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Accounting software experience preferred
• Banking or mortgage industry experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
