Responsibilities- Serves as the point of access to the Dean of Community Education and Workforce Development. Incumbent must understand the Dean’s goals, philosophy, divisional policies and strategy to effectively liaise with internal and external contacts. This position also manages divisional office operations and collaborates with others to execute the Division and College goals. Must exercise good judgment, work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.
- Regular on-campus presence is expected; flexible/hybrid schedules (if approved) are subject to change based on the needs of the College.
- Final candidates will be subject to a criminal background check as part of the employment process.
- Bachelor’s Degree from regionally accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Demonstrated progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
- Demonstrated experience using a wide array of technology for office administration.
- Demonstrated excellent written communication skills.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership and/or administrative responsibilities.
- Experience in educational institutions.
- Knowledge and experience with Banner (student and employee), D2L, and Argos.
- Knowledge of current guidelines for accessibility of instructional and non-instructional materials.
