Role DescriptionThis is an hybrid, part-time role based out of Battle Creek, MI, for a Financial Administrative Assistant. The role includes performing various administrative tasks such as managing billing and invoicing processes utlizing Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central. Assisting with administrative processes, writing SOPs and providing general office support. The assistant will also handle financial responsibilities such as maintaining accurate records and supporting the finance team with reporting and audits.
This position can develop into a full-time role as the scope or work grows with the company.
- Proficiency in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with Billing Process and Invoicing utilizing ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamic 365 preferred
- Basic knowledge and skills in Finance, including record-keeping and reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office management software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience or educational background in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
