Job Description

Job Summary: The Billing & Contract Analyst performs administrative tasks to ensure accurate report and contract creation for Managed and Professional Services. This position is also responsible for reviewing and invoicing assigned clients and/or client groups according to defined cycles, while utilizing internal systems to ensure accuracy of information.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Ensures accurate and timely contract and billing tasks are completed for Managed and Professional Services, including but not limited to:
  • Creates Master Service Agreements, Addendums and Schedules in support of the sales team, to provide timely contracts for client signature, internal counter-signature, and processing.
  • Approve subcontractor invoices for weekly accounts payable cycle and create client invoices for subcontractor time.
  • Verifies time submissions and approvals to ensure timely labor billing task completion.
  • Reviews project labor, support and credit tickets, generates invoices/credits, sends and routes items as appropriate.
  • Maintains block funds spreadsheet and reconciles/sends block time reports to clients.
  • Completes special projects and administrative tasks as assigned to support the services revenue team and the operations department.
  • Client-facing report generation and editing.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet client and organizational goals.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree desired.
  • Experience working in an IT-related environment desired.
  • Billing expertise is required.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and deadlines.
