To be an effective team member of the Imaging & Mailing Services (IMS) Department. To provide advanced mail handling and records support to Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies.

• Perform all essential functions of Associate Imaging & Mailing Technician position.
• Learn and maintain operating knowledge of the electronic document repositories for record archival/retrieval and the capture software to scan/index company records and index/archive digital photos.
• Learn and maintain operating knowledge of business process management (BPM) workflow queues and reindex and code documents appropriately for workflow efficiency.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months insurance experience.
• Experience and familiarity with computer keyboard and Windows software.
• Reading and writing literacy, plus basic math skills.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree.
• Previous office experience.
• Postal knowledge.
