Role Overview
As a Client Ambassador, you will support the hospital’s daily operations and create an inviting, efficient front‑desk experience. Your duties include:
- Warmly greet clients and pets on arrival.
- Answer multi‑line phones, schedule appointments, and update medical charts.
- Process monetary transactions and handle client payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, stocking, scanning, and uploading records.
- Support kennel and boarding staff with dog walking, feeding, and check‑in/check‑out.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Part‑time: must be available evenings and weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of prior customer service experience.
- Reception experience highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without restriction.
- Comfortable working around animals, including those that may be anxious or aggressive.
- Physical requirements:
stand, sit and move frequently; bend, kneel, stretch as needed; maintain composure in dynamic, high‑energy environment.
