Mailroom Clerk
Primarily responsible for sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. Deliver mail to departments and picks up outgoing mail. Assemble materials from departments for daily mailings. Contacts include other mailroom personnel, and departmental assistants.

Employment qualifications:
High school diploma, GED.
- Experience required: 6 months of experience in mail processing/servicing OR Minimum 6 months equivalent experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities.

- 6 months of experience in mail processing/servicing

Working conditions:
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. The position requires the incumbent to move throughout the building regularly and/or to and from the post office. The position may require local travel and the incumbent must possess a valid driver's license with a record that meets corporate standards. All safety requirements must be followed carefully. This work may be considered physically demanding.
Ability to move or lift heavy objects weighing up to 35 lbs. Required to stand, bend, squat and kneel.
