AMD Coordinator

Michigan Farm Bureau seeks an AMD Coordinator to support agricultural membership development programs and initiatives across Michigan. In this role, you will coordinate outreach to members and county Farm Bureaus, organize events and trainings, track participation and data, and provide high-quality administrative support to program leaders. The AMD Coordinator collaborates across departments to strengthen member engagement, promote Farm Bureau services, and advance advocacy and education efforts for farmers and rural communities statewide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agricultural membership development (AMD) programs and activities statewide.
• Support planning, logistics, and delivery of member events, trainings, and outreach.
• Maintain accurate member and program data in CRM or tracking systems.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and communications for internal stakeholders.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for members and county Farm Bureaus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote programs and services.
• Create and distribute program materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and tasks to keep AMD initiatives on track.
