Integrated Care Management Data Assistant

Position Summary

Under general supervision, facilitates report generation from various health care applications. Performs various administrative and support functions for department or mid-level management.

• Develop monthly individual dashboards to leadership and staff.
• Create, maintain, and update files, databases, records and other documents.
• Responsible for creating internal reports from various data collection methods.
• Provides Ad hoc and routine data reports from healthcare applications or other sources.
• Reviews and answers correspondences.
• Prepare meeting agendas; attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews and appointments.
• Troubleshoot problems that arise with office equipment.
• Maintain and order office supplies.
• Responsible for timekeeping functions of the department.
• Perform general office duties including faxing, copying, scanning and filing.
• Performs other related duties as required and directed.

• High school diploma
• Four years of clerical experience

• Associate degree

• Daily Work Times: 8am - 4:30pm
• Hours Per Pay Period: 80
