Automotive Validation Engineer

We are seeking an Automotive Validation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Infotainment Validation / Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in validating automotive infotainment systems, testing features, and ensuring high-quality product performance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform validation and testing of Automotive Infotainment Systems including Radio, Navigation, Bluetooth, Connectivity, Audio, Display, and HMI features
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on system requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system‑level testing
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools
- Work closely with development teams, system engineers, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues
- Validate software releases and support vehicle‑level testing
- Analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes
- Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews
- 2–3 years of experience in Automotive Validation / Testing
- Strong experience in Automotive Domain
- Mandatory hands‑on experience in Infotainment Testing
- Good knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, Car Play, Android Auto, Navigation, Audio systems
- Experience in CAN tools like CANoe / CANalyzer is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN preferred
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira / ALM / Bugzilla
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with OEMs / Tier-1 automotive clients
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Understanding of software validation lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, or related field
