Sarah Jones Ford is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping customers, working with automotive parts, and being part of a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Accurately identify and source automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and receiving
• Promote additional products and services when appropriate
• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts availability
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-friendly
• Participate in inventory counts and departmental processes

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
