• Coordinate execution of cross-functional work streams to achieve cohesive outcomes across various departments

• 5+ years of experience in driving impactful projects and programs with a focus on customer‑centric growth
• Proven ability to improve operational KPIs using strong analytical skills and data from third‑party tools
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions; willingness to learn SQL
• Experience working with diverse teams in complex organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)

• Experience in online marketplace and startup environments
• Proven track record of driving success in quantitative settings
• PMP or other Project Management Certifications
